Staff were responsive to questions and needs.beds were generally good but a little hard for my wife's taste. The room was bright and airy.

The door lock stuck and I needed to get help from the amber star management to let me in. We figured out the sequence of pulling and pushing to open it. It is necessary to get the lock serviced. There was a washing machine and a dishwasher and there was one dishwasher tablet and one laundry detergent pod for our 4 day stay. We bought a large bit of laundry detergent to do 3 loads of laundry..vit would also be helpful to have a pull-out drying line to dry the clothes.

We asked for a crib when we put the booking, but the property manager told us there’s no crib the day before we arrive, at that time we can not make any changes to our accommodation. And when I called the manager to complain about this, he’s so rude and tell me he’s already notified me 2 days before I arrive. Then hang up my phone. He promised to offer crib (this is the the only thing I asked) when I haven’t pay, just after I made the non refundable payment, he told me he can not. Which is totally a fraud. As an international traveler, there’s only 1 way to contact the property manager, which is a local number. If you don’t have a number, you can only get their notification but can not give your request. We tried use the number to contact them in WhatsApp to make sure our request is fulfilled, they promised. But when we get there, they said they don’t know who is it, this is the exact number they put in booking, so it turned out a fraud too.

Location was perfect for us. Cleanness of apartment was exceptional.

Some nights was some tenants a little noisy when they arrived to their apartment. A little confusion in communication with host(s). They were two and I did not to whom to communicate. But all very good solved.

Close to town and really quiet at night.
