ML Apartments Almada panoramic balcony

This apartment is a gem to be discovered in a perfect location to get to know the city of Porto. The host is very welcoming and always available to help. Has a fantastic view from it's balcony and it is so easy to forget you are in the middle of a city. Kitchen has everything you might need and the street where it is located has restaurants, bars and even what is probably the best cinema in Portugal if you like independent films (Cinema Trindade).

The location is excellent within walking distance from everything you need and the apartment very functional and clean. Very quiet building

There was a couple things that need fixing up such as rollers missing on the bottom of the shower sliding doors and a cupboard door hinge missing.

Someone met us with the keys at the property. a contactless entry would be preferred. The location is great! Walkable to most things with a number of restaurants and bars nearby. The wifi was great. There is an awesome self serve laundry a few doors down. A good coffee shop and two beer bars also on the block. The balcony was nice as it gave a good breeze at night. Should add a small table on the balcony though.

As others have mentioned, there is a large construction site directly across from the apartment. The balcony looks directly into the construction and there is noise from the site during the day, this starts about 8am. The apartment is not a 1 bedroom, there is no seperate room where you sleep. there is one small half wall dividing the space where the bed is and the kitchen. There is no AC, would be good to provide a better fan. Would be good to provide at least one or two additional kitchen towels. This is a small thing but, there was only one hook in the bathroom to hang towels on. No toiletries are provided which is okay, however there was a random bottle of body wash in the shower. not sure if this was left by a previous guest or provided by the apartment. Either provide small travel soaps etc or nothing at all. Having random bottles of products is a bit sketchy. I had my own bath products so did not need to use this. There was an outlet in the main area but it was overwhelmed with cords for the Tv etc so it was hard to find a spot to plug my own stuff into. Would be good to provide a power strip. There is a pull out couch but no linens are provided for it. I opened the pull out just to see and there were some stained pillows under the couch, kind of ikcy.

Apartment is clean and comfortable

There’s no view because a building has been built in front of the balcony (at least six months ago). Also you have to leave the key in the apartment when you leave but you also need the key to get out of the building so that’s very difficult (particularly if you were by yourself).

No view, as there is a construction in front of the balcony. They started hammering at 7.15 each day

A nice apartment, close to the city centre, comfortable. Really happy with how it looked. The guy who received us was friendly.

The check in was complicated, had to wait a long time to receive the key, very inconvenient to not be able to self check in when you arrive. The view from our balcony was not that great, as all you could see was a construction site.probably will be nice when the building is done. Had a coffee machine but no coffee.

Complete and clean studio in the historical city center of Porto.

The panoramic view overlooks a very noisy construction site during the day. The score would be higher without this inconvenience.

Close to the center of Porto.

For the price, there is better in the area, the apartment is not well maintained, the cleaning is done but the shelves are falling off, the walls haven't been painted for years. dirt is noted.
