L'emplacement est très bien pour découvrir la ville et longer la rivière.

Un gros souci d'isolation phonique, on entend beaucoup le locataire du dessus (marcher bruyamment et parler)

Localização Condições de interior Valor

Do nao isolamento em relação ao piso superior. Ouvia-se tudo dos vizinhos de cima e foi um pouco incomodo. Deveriam isolar ou colocar chão novo no andar de cima, que pelo que me pareceu, é do mesmo proprietário. Até o simples caminhar se ouvia.
