Carol's Beco Apartments

everything! i loved staying in this besutiful apartment on the top floor with a private terrasse. waking up every morning, watching the sun rise while doing my yoga session was wonderful! i‘m in love with this apartment! but be aware: the ceiling is not very high. if you are a tall person it could be a problem, but for me (169cm) it was perfect!

Nice apartment, equipped with all you need: kitchenette, hair dryer, air conditioning. Quite spacious and very very quiet - you do not hear neighbours, and also the area where the apartment is located is also residential and quiet. It takes around 15 minutes to the old town, but for us it worked fine. We also used uber a couple of times which also worked well.

New shower head would be great, but still works ok. Overall I find it a bit overpriced, but it seems that it is a common problem with accomodation in Algarve.

We loved everything about this place! We stayed in the beautiful top attic room with a beautiful view across to the Ocean, especially beautiful at sunrise. This room was spacious with a lovely huge outside balcony area. Very convenient walk into the old town centre. Amazing little authentic restaurant one minute walk away, recommended by our very lovely host Aurelio along with many other helpful suggestions and directions to beaches and supermarkets upon arrival. We loved our time in beautiful Lagos.

Great host. He was very helpful in suggesting local restaurants, supermarkets etc. Also generous in helping us to get to the railway station. The location was very peaceful in a residential area but very close to the old town. Best of both worlds.

It could have used a bit more cleaning opened the wardrobe and there was hair at the bottom of it Also in the bathroom the shelf where you would keep your shower gel and shampoo wasn’t the cleanest I could easily clean it with a dry tissue so made me wonder was it cleaned at all.

was a really nice place, had a sofa bed too if needed but wasn’t advertised. had a fridge freezer microwave, coffee machine toaster. bathroom was really nice too. bedroom was bed and ac and nice view. hosts father lived in the building and was always willing to help and provide anything we needed any time! lidl, beach and old town lagos aren’t far at all very close to get to. salt and pepper provided with pans and cutlery and plates
