We loved how conveniently located it was! Offsets the need for a car because you can book tours that will pick you up. It was also very homey yet you could get to the hustle and bustle of the city in like 2 minutes. Awesome view too.

There’s no air conditioning, so you have to leave the fans running 24/7. Also Sometimes the bathroom smelled weird. That’s all really. Otherwise it was great!!

The lady who greeted us was very friendly, helpful & and accommodating. The apartment was spacious, clean & close to everything. It had all that we needed. The view was spectacular.

Everything was clean, the owner is very kind, best location in Ponta Delgada with best view!

If someone is very sensitive with smell, the flat has a little smell. This is the only con about the apartment.

Great property in a great area for everything. Nice views from balcony, 2 bathrooms, well looked after. Well equipped kitchen and powerful showers. We loved it.

Damp smell in double bedroom, but not enough to stop us staying again, but if addressed would make the apartment even more perfect. (Still loved the apartment though).

Great spacious apartment. Fantastic view from the balcony. Kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook your own meals, make coffee etc. Place has literally everything what you need.

Little smell of humidity in the rooms but with the island climate it's understandable.

The apartment met all our needs. The location is great, very quiet and safe. Parking nearby. The view from the apartment is amazing. Michele (the lady who gave us the keys) was very nice and immediately came when we had an issue.

Lovely spacious, clean, well equipped place in great location with lush views. Really good value for money and easy check in/departure. Highly recommended. Will be back!
