Està ben situat i molt cuidat. És net.

Diu que pot ser per 3 però només hi ha lloc per menjar 2 persones. Hi fa molta calor ja que està mal ventilat.

"Really cosy apartment in a great location"

The location was amazing. Really close to Santa Apollonia train station and the national pantheon. The flat was comfy and had everything we needed, even a washing machine.

There were a few cockroaches but the flat had provided some spray which once we used seemed to deter them. I would stay again as it didn’t impact on our enjoyment of the time there.

Great location. Property, there is some issues that needs to be worked on. INSECTS. Neighbourhoods was great but one above property.

"the apartment is really well located and very cute bit it didn't really work for my needs"

"Apartment Cosy... good enough for the price...."

You feel the local area, how people live in this area, very close to Alfama... Location is good, near train station, Metro, taxi, and restaurants area... Great street market near by, at National Pantheon area.

Bathroom window facing street doesn´t lock... No towel hooks in bathroom.... No place to put soap in shower... No instructions to operate washing machine (host provided instructions after I contacted him).... No clothes dryer, so we had fun with clothe line in front of the street door. TV doesn´t work, cable or antenna connection seems to be missing... Humidity inside room, however host provides fans and a dehumidifier (which needed to be emptied from water collected). I wonder why host doesn´t collect when charging the 20 euros for "City tax" he asks to leave on the table.... Good enough for the price.... even though Apartment Cozy is supposed to mean giving a feeling of comfort, warmth, and relaxation.
