Excellent location, close to local bars and restaurants. Brilliant views from balcony, well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds and spacious bedrooms. Lovely sitting room and lovely helpful staff if needed.

"It was a very expensive and disheartening stay in Maderia"

The Key was left under the door mat, we never met anyone to tell us anything about the area, no information about supermarkets or shops, we arrived at 9.45 and had to start walking to find a shop to buy water! Absolutely no interaction with anyone, it was definitely paddle your own canoe. The apartment is situated up a very steep hill, definitely not for the elderly or anyone with mobility issues!!

The property was fine, just that it is in a residential block of apartments! one evening my husband and i were sitting out having a cup of tea and chatting and the resident above us shouted down "please keep it down, this is a residential area", He said "I'm sick of having to make this speech every week to two weeks" We were just chatting, we are late 50's early 60's!!! We were not made aware that this was a residential apartment when we booked! We had a problem with one of the toilets, i texted the contact person on Friday evening and it was never resolved!!!
