Appartamento fantastico, pulito, spazioso, posizione comoda (una gran bella salita ma affrontabile anche con passeggino). 3 ampie camere da letto 2 bagni completi e 1 solo lavandino e wc, grande cucina completa di svariati elettrodomestici.

Very large apartment with 3 large beds, ideal for 3 couples. Well equipped with everything needed. Lovely terrace & communal gardens. Great location. Would highly recommend.

The property was the perfect size for 6 people and the location was an easy walk to all locations. It was incredibly quiet at night and beds were comfortable. Unfortunately we booked it on the understanding there were 3 bathrooms. There are two bathrooms and one extra toilet. This would have been fine but the shower in the shared bathroom only worked on the hand held shower so we all ended up using the one en-suite shower. Toilet roll holders and little things need refixing to the walls. Excellent outside space.

Quiet location

The property was advertised as having three bathrooms which we needed. It actually only had two which did not meet out needs. The owners were dismissive of our complaint over mis-describing the property. Fortunately, Booking.com managed to resolve the matter after 5 days as the owners were not responding to their messages.

Terrible experience! We reserved the place for 4 nights in January. I had a reservation with my 2 parents-63 yo both with health problems, aunt, cousin and boyfriend. When we arrived: - window to one of the rooms that was taking to the interior garden of the building was broken, could not be closed - heating in the rooms was not working- the fans were not producing heat at all- only the one in the living room was working but could not heat 2 rooms downstairs( there are 2 rooms at ground floor and one at 1st floor) - Wood panels on the windows inside could also not be closed - Aluminium frame of one window was totally broken and you could see inside from outside, stick your hand under the window, into the room We texted the host about the problems, starting with the heating not working in the rooms. They asked us to reset the electrical panel. We asked for in person assistance. They sent an employee. The employee tried for over an hour to fix the heating- to no means. Tried closing the window- did not manage- it was too broken. Then she proceeded to gaslight me when i kept telling her that these are not proper conditions for a family to sleep in and to “ got o brazil if we want heat and calm down”. When asked if they can cancel because we will not spend the night in those conditions she said they cannot and will not offer another accomodation cause they do not have another place available. When asked what their solution is the employee got mad, and said” i tried everything, goodbye “ Booking did not help either. We moved out, stayed at a hotel. We did not spend 1 night in the apartment. When booking asked the host to officially cancel the reservation they refused saying” there is nothing wrong with the apartment”. Clearly a rip off, do not book this place. Also, booking gives all the rights to the property, not to the final customer. Do not book this place until they fix their issues! Terrible experience, host and apartment.
