"Pleasant stay"

The place was in good condition and Joana was very helpful. Overall, my friends and I had a pleasant stay.

There were electrical and heating problems at times but everything else is good.

"Very pleasant."

Very close to the train station. The lady that managed the place was very friendly and super helpful. She sent us a few locations to visit and left us a bottle of wine that we enjoyed on Christmas eve.

The bath and oven was not very clean.

"Very good"

Nice accomodation close to the Casa da Música metro station with good connectivity to the city center and airport. Supermaket was close as well. Joana was very nice and cames to give us the keyes from the flat at around 22:30.

Some details in the flat could be better, e.g.: mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, almost all door handles was not fastenned, and the windows was to hard to open. The beds creaked with every movement. But it is only a few details .

"Very good"

Nice appartment. Kitchen had all you need, supermarket and pharmacy nearby. Easy to access via metro. Check-in/out was quick and easy.

Appartment was overall clean, but there was mould on the ceiling in the bathroom, which we were only told about on arrival.
