Excellent welcome package, earlier access of a few hours, excellent windows that blocked street noise, location good, lift worked, washer and dryer, great towels and unexpected bathrobes

unlocking and locking the door was confusing due to lack of information on how the lock works. A key was never delivered. By day 3 we figured out the door operation.

Beautiful apartment, beds were great, new kitchen and tones of space for a family of four.

It’s very clean, comfortable and fully equipped. Towels and beddings are of good quality. Booking.com pictures did not do justice to this great apartment.

Sehr schöne, renovierte Altbauwohnung am Rande von Baixa. Vollständig, wertig und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Viel Platz für vier Personen. Problemlose, freundliche Kommunikation.

This property is fabulous. The welcome kit was amazing including water, bottle of wine, coffee, juice, bread and jam. The apartment is beautiful. The two bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen had an adjoining laundry room which was convenient. I would definitely stay again!

A day prior to leaving the elevator was not working. A gentleman was repairing it the morning we departed but we had to carry luggage down three flights of steps.

Great beds (let's face it, the Portuguese like them rock hard so this was a delight); excellent location, right under the Castelo; super well equipped kitchen.

One floor higher and there would be bedroom views. Slightly bigger balcony to make sitting outside a possibility.
