The apartment was quite nice and comfortable, and the large terrace a bonus. The location was great and easy to get about the city.

There wasn’t anything to dislike but the stairs up to the apartment are quite steep, especially with luggage.

Fica bem situado. Comércio, centro....

Nada acrescentar

Like proximity of everything. Location is very good. The apartment very spacious . Big balcony one can seat and relax in good weather.

The living sofa is outdated . May need to replace. One thing I would say is I never able to get hold of the owner even there are phone numbers provided even the instruction of getting the key was clear. I have stay few of these type of properties always met the owner . Everything was done by email. Found a bit impersonal. Fortunately everything worked out OK but, if there is a problem and phone numbers provided never been able to reach can create problems.

All was good

We loved the centric position, the big terrace, the late check in facility and the availability of the washing room in the house. By staying in the house, you'll be within walking distance from the central square in Ponta delgada and the Raiz club (where to dance).

We found it a bit overpriced, compared to other islands or places, yet it was mid August so it may be due to the high season.

Centralt läge i fint område. Stor terrass. Extra handdukar fanns. Snabb respons från värden vid frågor.

Lite irriterande med grannens hund i lägenheten ovanför som skällde i tid och otid. Det bildades sot från någon pipa i huset som föll ned på terassen med svarta fotsulor som resultat. Toalettstolen var inte riktigt fastskruvad i golvet.

A destacar la amabilidad y disposición de la anfitriona. Nos tenía un detalle de bienvenida con productos locales. Surgió un pequeño problema con el calentador y en el mismo día lo solucionaron. Así da gusto ☺️ La ubicación es excelente y la terraza es maravillosa, se estaba muy agusto por las noches.

A tener en cuenta, que es un segundo piso sin ascensor.

Heerlijk appartement midden in de stad

very easy to get the keys from the lockbox right next to the door, terrace/balcony was large space and nice to hang out. Location in the middle of the town was amazing. Parking was always available outside and its very affordable like 4 or 5 Euros. apartment had all the things you need like Iron, Ironing board, rack to dry clothes. Washing machine was great as after hiking clothes were always dirty.

there was only 1 lightbulb working in the kitchen, would have been nice to have fan or air conditioning in main living room as its only in the bedrooms. The furniture in the living room was dated. could have used some soap or body wash in the shower.
