very nice, clean property, great location!

the minus is definitely that there is nobody answering your questions, only robor giving you standard instructions. as long as there is no problem it probably works however when i wanted to get additional information i did not as robot does not answer.

"Passable"

The room was very well designed. There is everything you need. It was very clean and quiet.

Although our early check-in(1 pm) request was approved, we were told that we could check-in again at 4 pm on the day we arrived. When we objected, the code was sent 1.5 hours after the agreed time. During this time, we could not reach anyone by phone, whatsapp or booking.com. We didn't get any answers to our next questions either. We had to communicate with the Lisbon office they tried to be more helpful.
