Casa Irene

The location was great! The place was large. Really liked the furnished balcony for relaxing and eating outside. The building itself was older but the apartment had been newly renovated and was wonderful. It was priced well for what was provided. The refrigerator was big and the cooking facilities were nice. I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing that was a challenge was getting our luggage to the second floor to get to our place since it was an older building that did not have an elevator but actually the ambiance was right for the town and the country.

The apartment is very spacious and right in the middle of town. Couldn’t ask for better.

Unfortunately we were told on the day of our arrival that a glass panel in the shower was broken and would be replaced as soon as possible. We stayed for one week but the panel was not replaced.

I loved the size of the apartment and the great location. This was my second stay here and if I have to go to Aveiro again, I will definitely come back.

Stairs can be a problem for disabled travelers, so ask for the apartment that has no stairs inside.

A very spacious, well designed living space with some extremely tasteful personal touches. Extremely well stocked kitchen. Would happily stay again. Even though very cold weather heating worked well.

Very occasional sewage smell from the bathroom (as in some of the streets after rain).
