시끄럽고 화장실샤워기는 분홍곰팡이가 있어서 세정티슈로 박박 딲아내고 썼어요. 에어컨없어요. 시끄러운선풍기가 반겨주고 호스트는 없고 입구찾는데 어려움이 있었어요. 분명 impar라고 적혀있는 푯말이 있는데도 입구가 아니었어요. 왜 다른문위에 붙여놓았을까요. 더러운 휴지통 하나. 핸드워시는 통만 있어요. 어메니티 없고요. 오래된 수건은 걸레로 쓰세요. 성의없는 시설 오시면 알게 됩니다.

It is right in the heart of the São Bento area (across from the station) which I love due to the access to the riverfront, restaurants and a parking garage right behind the building. We arrived in time for São João's birthday meaning at least an extra million people came in on Tuesday night for partying until all hours, so the location wasn't an asset in terms of getting any sleep, but normally would be great. Lots of noise on the street side though I'm sure even when not a festa, and the glass isn't very sound proof, so if you're a light sleeper ask for a room at the back. The room is very minimal, but clean and decent for the price. Elevator starts on 1st floor not the street, so be aware if that's an issue. The host was very responsive.

We couldn't find it without asking for help from lovely neighbors. The beds are very firm, but that's typical in Pt.

Гарні апартаменти, чисто, добре вкомплектовані (єдине немає плитки, але є мікрохвильовка). Дуже турботливі власники

Погана шумоізоляція - весь шум з вулиці був у квартирі навіть при закритих вікнах. Навпроти дому відбуваються ремонтні роботи, тому кожен день о 6:30 ми просинались через шум від будівництва
