+ The villa is well furnished, everything you need is there. We were 7 people and we were comfortable. + Location-wise it's very closed to Porto de Mos beach, and getting to city the center is easy with uber. + All four rooms have AC, kitchen has everything for more than 7-8 people.

- The water pressure in the showers was low, if two are used at the same time. - Sewage system in the villa probably needs maintenance, because we felt an unpleasant smell from time to time.

we had such an incredible time and loved every minute of staying here. The location is so close to the beach, there’s a nearby shop & the old town is a few minutes by Uber. The entire apartment was comfortable, clean & fit 7 of us very comfortably, and we loved the Pool area as it was large and quiet. communication was so great & the owners are lovely - thank you for the recommendation to visit the caves, we had a great time! thank you for having us!

would love another mirror in the master bedroom (or move the current one!) & baking trays for the oven would be a great addition!

Close to the beach. Nice, large , 2 bathrooms were very helpful. Hosts were very nice and nearby if we needed anything

We were 3 siblings with our father and we had such an amazing stay in the huge and cosy apartment! Igor and his family were always there if we needed anything and without asking for it they brought us fresh oranges the one day made fire for us the other day or took us to the city center with the car. We couldn’t have asked for more!

Awesome place, very friendly host. The access to the beach could not be easier, the residence is quiet and very convenient with kids. The appartment is very well equipped.

Only one thing: there were a few personnal items that were left, like toys, books and such, and also some nice decoration and electronics. It was not an issue per se but with kids running around we were a bit worried they would break something.
