O proprietate foarte bine poziționată, curată, cu toate facilitățile necesare, inclusiv parcare. Gazdă foarte primitoare și ne-a trimis constant mesaje să ne ajute dacă avem nevoie. Recomand cu toată inima și vom reveni cu drag!!

We absolutely loved this property! The interior design is beautifully subtle and tasteful, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. Everything was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. The attention to detail was evident - there were plenty of hangers (always a plus when traveling!), and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had great nights’ sleep. The location couldn’t have been better - just a 20-minute walk to the stunning natural ocean pools, which became our daily ritual. The neighborhood is fantastic with excellent restaurants within easy reach, giving us wonderful dining options every evening. Having a dedicated parking spot was a huge bonus since we rented a car to explore the island. And the rooftop terrace became our favorite spot to unwind each day - it’s the perfect place to relax with a drink and take in the views. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations in every way!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay with very few complaints. The only minor issue was that we were provided with just 4 towels for our 8-day stay. While there was a washing machine available to do laundry, having more towels would have been more convenient and comfortable, especially after beach days and daily showers. It’s a small detail, but having a few extra towels would have made the experience even better.

El aspecto del apartamento es acogedor y el hecho de incluir una plaza de parking era algo muy bueno. La zona tiene supermercados y restaurantes cercanos. La cama es cómoda.

La limpieza general del apartamento dejaba mucho que desear, era superficial, y si querías limpiar tú mismo, el aspirador y la fregona estaban incompletos. Algunas ventanas no cerraban muy bien y dejaba entrar el ruido de los coches de la carretera que pasa al lado desde primera hora de la mañana. El baño tiene una distribución poco práctica y se hace incómodo (la ducha sin puerta, no hay lugar donde dejar cosas, no ofrecen ningún tipo de amenities y solo una toalla de mano y otra de ducha para una semana, por persona). En la cocina faltaba equipamiento. La puerta de entrada a la casa debería mejorar la cerradura. Y estando en la última planta, aunque había un ventilador, no estaría mal que tuviese aire acondicionado.

La ubicación

Tiene poca variedad en la cocina. Las tijeras estaban rotas, la sartén era muy pequeña y tenías que hacer varias tandas para cocinar.

Lovely apartment, good location, 20 mins bus ride outside of funchal centre. Lots of eateries within walking distance. Parking space available and lift within the property. Kitchen well stocked with utensils and appliances for a weeks stay. There's a fan in the apartment and windows that fully open. Apartment building itself is beautifully maintained, too, and I would highly recommend it.

The only thing to note that would not stop us from staying again. The apartment was not ready until 6.30 pm, and we were informed at 4.40pm of this with an apology. There was also another small mix up with what amenities were provided, there was again some miscommunication between the owners and the cleaners meaning it was slow to resolve and again only an apology nothing else for the inconvenience.

I’m just sharing an honest review based on our experience, hoping it helps both future guests and the host .We stayed for three nights, On the positive side, the location is really good, and the parking while a bit tight was still convenient. The staff were very kind and responsive, which I really appreciate..

We arrived after midnight and were unexpectedly charged €35 for check-in, which felt unreasonable. Also, the “sea view” mentioned in the listing is not from inside the apartment — you actually have to leave the room and go upstairs to see it and during that time, towels and bed sheets were not changed at all. There were also no basic toiletries like shampoo provided, which was a bit disappointing.

no choice for 2 single beds. lack of sheets n towels . though we washed them weather wasn’t ideal for drying during our time there.
