Close to the historical sights.. and restaurants … Alexandra our host was very helpful .. friendly and responded to our texts quickly..

The on demand hot water heater was sketchy.. one day it wouldn’t work.. stopped in the middle of a shower…another day it was fine.. Alexandra is aware of this issue and said it would be addressed .. nice stay ..

Beautiful spacious apartment, nicely and comfortably furnished within walking distance to Sintra's Moorish Castle and the Pena Palace. Nice to be that tiny bit away from all the tourists. Old Town within walking distance. Good supermarket 350m walk away. Some great restaurant options nearby too and a brekkie place right downstairs. Host was great. Quick to reply and check in was a breeze. We stayed in March, so quieter overall however parking was fine for us in the lot just outside the apartment. Train has been mentioned in reviews, but we honestly found the noise fine. It is more like background white noise. Would recommend.

Well laid out, great attention to detail. Clean and comfortable. Excellent bathrooms and kitchen.

The living room could use a bigger sofa or another one. With 4 or 6 people just 1 sofa is not enough.

I have to give a huge shoutout to our host, Alexandra! She’s incredibly warm, personable, and truly helpful. This was the final stop of our trip through Spain and Portugal, and it was by far the best of the three places we stayed! The apartment was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. You can tell Alexandra really pays attention to the details. The location was perfect—just a 10-minute walk to the center of Sintra, yet still close to the train station. Alexandra was always available by text and responded quickly to any questions we had. I can’t say enough good things about our stay in Sintra. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Absolutely nothing!

The host Alexandra is absolutely amazing. She was always very responsive and accommodating.

Location was great, near centre, near good restaurants (the local Indian restaurant, the Taj Palace was a surprising delight, given we only went there as it was close and we arrived late). The property owner was super nice, and communicated clearly via whatsapp at every stage, which made check in, check out and any questions super easy. We really enjoyed ourselves.

The benefit of the location also came with some train noise. We didn't mind, but some people may find this difficult. We think the trains started at about 6.30am and finished at midnight. They are not frequent and certainly would not put us off staying there again.

Alexandra is the greatest host, she made sure everything about our stay was perfect. The accommodations are spotless, everything you need included and walking distance to everything including the trains.

Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment with large balcony. Situated in Sintra, close to shops, bakeries, restaurants and train station. Short walk to the centre of Sintra. Equipped with everything needed. Hosts were very helpful and friendly.

Only issue is the parking is not allocated and when we arrived there were no spaces left.
