Like-home-T1 Apt-Campo de Ourique

The home has what's needed of facilities for a vacation. Good price for quality. The area is calm and with a cab, it's not far from the city center.

The apart is nice. However, we arrived only 10mins after the check-in time, and they still charged us. A good gesture could have made the difference.

Do not expect any flexibility from the owner. If you late to collect the key you have to pay extra 30 euro. I put information in the special request section that we could arrive to the property after 22.00 but the Lady said I did not give her that information till our chat a couple days before our trip. From one side of the property you are in the basement and on the second floor on the other side. Beds are comfy but in the photos that property looks much better. Cleanliness should be better. Don't expect anything as welcome pack. We just had a bottle of water and a few coffee capsules. Property is not in the city centre but public transport is good there.

We were greeted with the most friendly, nicest woman (Càtia) who gave us great recommendations to explore Lisbon. The apartment itself was lovely, well decorated and clean. There was tea/ coffee and shower wash left for us which was a nice touch. On day of checkout we had a late flight and Càtia went above and beyond to help us find somewhere for the day to shower ect.

The living area was quite small and with the sofa bed pulled out there was no room, but we didn’t mind and used the kitchen area/ bedroom more for a social area. The location was good but not walking distance from the centre, but it didn’t matter as Ubers were cheap enough.
