L’emplacement

Appartement insalubre. Les équipements tous plus sales les une que les autres, chaises et tables cassées, salle de bain et sols très sales… nous avons retrouvé des cafards dans toutes les pièces de l’appartement, jusque dans les tiroirs à couverts. Aucune réactivité de la part de l’établissement après plusieurs messages envoyés le jour de l’arrivée.

Firstly I had to wait nearly 2 hours to get into the apartment after 2 in the morning then it wasn't the one I booked. I'm 73 years of age and didn't get any sleep for 2 weeks

Everything. Terrible experience. Police there every night with people fighting and drunk. Apartment not the 1 I booked and the noise and parties and fighting was unbelievable. Also absolutely no response from the letting agents. Bus transfer also a joke just left me on some street nowhere near the Apartment. I have contacted my solicitor for a full refund and an apology

The third bed very uncomfortable and you can’t sleep so take plugs for your hears

Location

Had check in time of 3pm, moved to 4pm. At 4pm I let them know we were outside, they turned up at 5pm. The table outside is not sturdy and does not fit together properly, only 3 chairs. Bathroom shower curtain mouldy. Toilet seat stained. Hot water system broke and had to wait in till 11.30am for them to come to repair. Cockroaches in bathroom and kitchen/inside fridge.

Lokalita bola veľmi dobrá hneď pri pláži a zároveň v centre mesta. Apartmán bol čistý. Mydlo, osušky už boli dostupné. Komunikácia s majiteľkou bola možná len telefonicky, vždy nám zdvihla avšak bolo jej ťažšie rozumieť.

Nepáčilo sa mi že check in bol až 15:30 a nebolo možné si ani odložiť batožinu do tej doby na recepcii nakoľko tam žiadna nie je. Najväčší šok prišiel pri check in keď pán po nás chcel zaplatiť kauciu 200€, musím priznať že to majú napísané na booking drobným písmom a my sme si to len nevšimli. Platba bola možná kartou aj hotovosťou, odporúčam však zobrať si hotovosť, my sme ju nemali a báli sme sa či nám tých 200€ pošlú naspäť, nám poslali ale museli sme sa ich dožadovať. S ničím podobným som sa predtým nestretla a nechápem prečo to bolo potrebné. Ďalšie mínus bol, že muž ktorý robil check in nevedel anglicky, mal naučené len frázy a nevedeli sme sa práve preto pochopiť. Apartmán ktorý sme dostali nezodpovedal tomu ktorý bol vyfotený na fotke, kuchynka bola slabo vybavená, k prístelke ktorá bola v obývačke sme nedostali vankúš a nebola tam perina len plachta, bolo by potrebné vymeniť hlavicu od sprchy. Apartmán je v hlučnej lokalite a z ulice bolo dosť počuť nočný život.

The host forgot to tell us front door code, and I never receive an answer by mail after 3 emails that I write to them, I had to ask code to my neighbor next door 1 hour later! But the rest was perfect !! Another thing to have in mind 2 towels per person every 4 days !!!!
