A localização era boa, com estacionamento à porta (óptimo para dias de chuva!). A casa estava bem equipada, no entanto era bastante fria, porque as janelas nao têm um bom isolamento. Tudo se resolveu com A/C e com a salamandra, mas à chegada nao foi facil. Em geral, a casa está muito bem estimada mas é um pouco antiga. Certamente, com alguma manutenção na cozinha ficaria nota 10 :)
