The blue cover in the bed was stained and grungy. There was a smell when you walked in, very musty almost urine like. It was difficult to access the key as the lock box was hidden by foliage. Also the bath towel had a nasty stain on it.

Location is great. Very close to the beach, restaurants, river walk. Management was responsive but did not fix all the issues. The comfortable paid parking is very near (we paid 20-25 EUR per day depending on the time when we took the car) but free parking on the street is not available.

No welcome kit - do not mention a welcome bottle of wine (which I had in other apartments) there was no even water. The apartment is empty in terms of all small necessary things - tea, liquid soap, etc. Bathroom needs renovation, no hooks for towels. All kithcen stuff has to be replaced - kettle, frying pans, etc. All the dishes are with cracks. Many bulbs is not functioning and need to be replaced, it's very dark. Matrasses need to be replaced. Bad battaries in the remote control. Generally, many things need to be replaced and in many cases it does not requre a big investmant - just a bit of care.

Świetna lokalizacja. Przechodzi się 150 m i można podziwiać wąskie uliczki pełne knajpek. Dość bisko bezpłatny parking, gdzie zawsze było miejsce.

Miejsce nie było najczystsze. Kanapa na której spaliśmy była zarwana w jednym miejscu.
