It would be much better if it wouldn’t be on the second floor No lift and any kind of help from the staff to take up or down, heavy baggage to the unit

It's definitely a good place to stay for young people who don't mind a steep staircase that's hard on worn-out knees. And they don't mind the restaurant noise and hysteria until 2:30 in the morning!

Location was great with a lot of amenities nearby including a bakery and grocery store.

No air conditioning or roll down window covers to allow leaving the windows open overnight.

Location was good, very central and the elderly Portuguese Neighbor we had was very nice to us, remote help (via whatsapp) also worked out well

we were missing a little bit of the human touch, because we met or saw no one from feathers house, we just had contact via whatsapp - wasnt a biggie though everything worked out ok

Great location, very spacious and well-equipped flat.

The stairs are quite steep, and the steps are narrow. This made it difficult with a child, a stroller, and the luggage.

The property is in the city center so everything is walkable. There are a wide variety of restaurants and cafes in the area. The unit is very homey and comfortable. We also enjoyed the balcony. We wanted to experience what it would be like to live in a small city in Portugal and Caldas and this unit was perfect. We loved our experience and will definitely return.

There is no air conditioning. In September the fan was adequate for most nights. However in keeping bedroom windows cracked for air flow, some guests may not appreciate the noise from the late night bar scene just a half a block away. It can go on until 4:00 AM. I also overlooked that there wasn't a washing machine. This would have been nice for our month long stay.

The place is very spacious and very well located. It is right in the middle of the town and has easy access to the highway and metro. Everything was clean, and the building was beautifully maintained outside and inside the apartment.

Because it was in the city center, parking outside the apartment can be difficult. Nevertheless, a paid basement parking area is available behind the apartment block for about 2-3 EU for a night.
