The staff were very helpful and assertive. The location is fantastic, right in the centre, close to plenty of restaurants and entertainment options.

The shower could use some maintenance, there was a leak at the connection between the shower head and hose. Also, it wasn't spotless but still acceptable.

We had a great stay and the flat has everything we needed, everything was clean and comfortable. We slept like the dead thanks to the window blinds and central panelling. Despite closeness to the city center it is a very quiet and cozy neighborhood. Recommended 100%

The location was perfect, 20min walking from the city centre.

Dirty, the drain in the sink was blocked, towels were dirty as well 😔 and also there were tiny things that did staying in the apartment less comfortable: some broken stuff and a broken shower…

The apartment is comfortable, clean, well equipped with a nice cozy atmosphere. The location is great, in an interesting area and near Trindade metro. Communication was relaxed and very responsive

Really nice location to explore the city.

Entrance to the room was via an electronic lock (use of code). By accident, another group of visitors were given the same instructions with us and ended entering our apartment while we were inside. As you can imagine, this was not a very pleasant experience. Quality of the towels and amount of pillows in the bedroom could be improved.

Quite central location on one of the main streets in Porto. The apartment is quite spacious for a couple and the facilities inside are well taken care of. And most importantly, the accept dogs!

Everything was good. If I had to be picky would just mention the basin on the bathroom was clogged. And there could be an option with regular Portuguese tv channels. We couldn't solve that! Ahah
