stairs was the problem on the 3/F when we had few of the big luggage , the second bedroom the mattress a bit uncomfortable.

The location is perfect - everything is near (trams, buses, trains etc). The apartement was well equipped (like everything was there in the kitchen, alwo washing mashine, ironing etc etc). There is plenty of room. As for some reviews say it was bad that it was on 3rd floor - then I would say it was known before booking, you just need to read the review.

Some minor errors were - like grand bathroom's sink is not working correctly and maybe batroom could use some renovation or refresment.

- almost all are near including the train stations, shopping areas, groceries and a handful of historic sights. you’d have to ride a 10€ taxi to get to Belem tower and Padrão dos Descobrimentos - right downstairs was a souvenir shop that sells water, drinks, beer and wine but costs 2-3x more than convenience stores than pingo doce grocery store - clean beddings, clean towels. I actually saw the staff brought in clean linens and towels as we dropped off our bags at 11am. great for a family of 4 or 2 couples because the room is separated and there are 2 full bathrooms (2 toilets/wc and 2 showers). fully equipped!!! coffee, tea, stove, microwave, wine opener fridge, dishwasher and washing machine with soap - heaters are also working - host allowed us to leave our bags after checkout until 130pm before the next guests arrives - owner answered inquiries about Lisbon and was always very responsive during our entire stay

- we stayed for 6days and 5 nights and there was no toilet paper on our 5th night. our 5th night was Dec 25 so we didn’t want to disturb the host on Christmas Day. grocery stores were closed. this should have been there consideration to leave ample toilet paper because it was a very thin quality too. - no toilet holder so sometimes the toilet paper will fall down on the floor - there was a foul smell in the bathrooms when outside is raining. they have air fresheners but it is in the sink and sprayed right on our faces. I suggest putting them on an elevated area/holder

Excellent central location to everywhere. Might it be transport, shops, foods, shopping and main attractions. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Apartment was super clean, modern furnitures, super comfortable beds and feeling expensive sheets to sleep on..Reasonable price too!...Also, kudos tot the Superb Host Joana 👌...She was super helpful, understanding and accommodating with reasonable requests. I cannot recommend enough this Apartment and will definitely stay here over and over again when visiting Lisboa. 👏👏👏

Very small note to replace kettle as it was not boiling water properly so I needed to use microwave oven. Apart from that everything was PERFECT !!!
