Everything. To the very helpful host who took the time to wait on me, my wife and my brother as i had a knee injury limiting my mobility-thank you Dulce. Apartment was lovely with balconies with access from the lounge and also bedrooms which meant you had sun for as long as you needed. Pool looked lovely buy bit cold in March for us to try haha. Fully equipped kitchen, comfy rooms with good beds and clean bathrooms for both rooms with good showers and plenty hot water. Issue with toaster and replacement supplied almost immediately. Nice decent lunge to kick back and relax. Very short walks to several bars and restaurants and also shopping. Regular bus service into Albufeira should you wish and also a taxi rank nearby. We did read a poor review before we booked but it was so far removed from our experience here and we will look to return later in year

Outdoor furniture unusable (broken seats, sun loungers) decking area around pool in very poor condition, damaged boards and protruding screw heads.

Everything. 1. Told I could leave my scooter on the ground floor which wasn’t true. Had to leave it in a garage down an extremely steep ramp which caused us great problems. 2. Kitchen sink blocked and plunger left on side so obviously the problem was ongoing but they couldn’t be bothered to fix it. Smelly, dirty mouldy washing machine, showers, sinks, rusty toilet brushes, free hairs made me gag, had NOT been deep cleaned for years. 3. Green cloudy swimming pool with dirty pad less sun-beds covered in leaves. Not been used for years. 4. Outdoor furniture unusable, no cushions, cracked, rusty, a liability. A chair collapsed on me leaving me in pain on the floor, should not have been left for visitors to use. Absolutely thoughtless, dangerous and disgusting that HOLIDU HOSTS don’t check and really don’t care. 5. Phone never answered by the hosts and emails of my complaint from booking.com NOT answered. Sums them up really. 6. They pass the book to the people that work for them and take your money, giving inaccurate descriptions. Reviews are totally untrue. There is no way it was excellent in May the dirt was years old. 7. The apartment wants taking off the websites it is on and fumigating. 8. Please see the photos of everything that is included in the price of your stay. 1/07/24 PLEASE NOTE, HOLIDU APPARENTLY INVESTIGATED AND THE HOSTS SAID IM NOT ENTITLED TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND DESPITE LOTS OF PROOF PROVIDED. I WILL NEVER AGAIN USE ANY APARTMENTS BY HOLIDU, THEY SAY THEY ARE IMPARTIAL BUT CONTINUE TO OFFER THE APARTMENT AT AN EXTREMELY HIGH COST EVEN THOUGH ITS SUBSTANDARD. DISGRACEFUL AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!

Great accommodation with everything you could need. fantastic air-con. comfortable beds. amazingly helpful, flexible and kind staff.

The noise from the traffic.

We had a superb holiday. It was a pleasure to be greeted by Fatima-so friendly, a gem of a person. It was one of the nicest apartments that we had stayed. All facilities from a dishwasher to a fast internet. Could not ask for more! The location was great. Very centrally located to do some winter hiking and also for some good Portugese food. Will definately like to come back!
