La ubicación y las vistas, apartamento limpio, y con lo básico.Cama muy cómoda,

Localización buena aunque con una cuesta tremenda para salir, bastante antiguo aunque limpio, recomendado para 2 personas. La única ventana de la habitación da a las escaleras, así que con calor hay que dormir con el ventilador toda la noche

The view-the best aspect

The bathroom-needs updating. Lack of amenities-the only soap was liquid soap in a hand soap dispenser. Worst part was communication, or lack thereof. I sent a message before arriving if there was someplace to store luggage until checkin. Booking.com relayed the message as a request for early check-in, which was denied. Then, the owner messaged me the date of arrival that I needed to provide proof of covid vaccine or negative test results prior to arrival, referencing new Covid rules (no other lodging has brought this up during this trip so I doubt the veracity of the statement). The WiFi in the apartment is terrible (very weak signal), which I complained about and received no response. I also received no response when again asking if I could store luggage for a few hours after departure. I can understand and accept if they are not able to accommodate the request, but as a guest, I have a hard time accepting no reply at all.

Comfortable apartment in a great and quiet location. Great view from the balcony. Easy access and self check-in. There is a supermarket nearby. Easy to find, within walking distance from Porto Sao Bento railway station. The host responded promptly on messages. Recommended!

Nothing really. Well, it's pitch black at night in the bedroom but many people would probably love this :-)

yes, the view, followed by the location. The river Douro is the heart of the city and we could see it all for miles.

Small things, fridge poor opening. Head banging shelf over the main bed.
