Location. Staff-Catarina who answers messages was very prompt & helpful. Pedro was good too

The unit wasn't cleaned properly. 2 dirty towels in the closet. Dishes were grimy. Toilet paper disintegrates.. Soap dispenser was broken. Sofa bed wasn't vacuumed, not made up with beddings for 3rd guest.

Kitchen was well equipped except frying pan was rusted and unusable. Close to market and mall. Walkable to many sights.

Bathroom has no racks nor hooks to hang towels / clothes. Floor just outside shower easily wet because there is no shower door. Need mat to prevent slippage in shower. Heat is only in the living room so you need to leave the bedroom doors open to get some heat. Need more pillows. Walk-up (no elevator) should be included in description - it can be difficult to carry up luggage.

Too much. Window broken, stuck open. Kitchen facilities- no glasses, 1 bowl, sink stank of sewage water. Ants trailing through kitchen. Bathroom - old and worn out, just needed simple TLC. Bedroom - dirty towels still there ( that I used to block the window to stop smoke coming in.

Apartment was spacious and in a good, central location.

It was loud, but that was manageable. The worst part is that the apartment was not equipped with necessary appliances in the kitchen. No pans, cutting board, wine glasses, or wine opener. Furthermore, the entire stove did not work for our entire stay so we couldn't even use the kitchen. I asked them to come fix it but they never did and I didn't receive a refund for this.

A luminous, spacious apartment. The dishwasher was really handy. There was a coffee machine, but we didn't have the capsules. It was really pleasant to drink coffee outside in multiple cafés. Thanks to Carlos for earlier arrival.

We did not get how to lay out the sofa. However, Carlos tried to explain. Can recommend to have videonotes. For us it was not a problem at all as well. My husband and son wanted to see football, but TV's quality was not perfect. The husband was happy to go to the bar. Finally, we did not use the terrace because it was dirty there. But it was not necessary either. And may be because we asked to arrive earlier. So happy!

The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. When we arrived at the accommodation, there were strange stains on the sheets, towels, and walls. In the kitchen, we found two dead cockroaches.

Breakfast was brilliant, home cooked and fresh. The be d was lovely and comfortable. Nicola and Julianna couldn’t do enough for you. The rooftop deck was the best, we had breakfast up there and went up and had a drink and watched the sunset. The best!!

The only thing that I didn’t like was the 70 steps up to the unit, which was a shame as you certainly didn’t forget to take everything with you. It will be 10 out of 10 when they get the lift sorted out so that it can be used by all occupants.
