GBAUThe studio is very large, clean and comfortable in an excellent location in old town but also close to the beach. Rita was amazing to deal with and booked our boat tour also. She gave us suggestions for restaurants also. The apartment is walking distance to everything you need including bus and train stations. I would highly recommend this apartment. There is a bit of street noise but you will get this if you stay anywhere in old town.
GBI traveled with my partner to Lagos and stayed at Pérola Branca for almost a week. It’s perfectly located in the heart of Lagos, close to shops, restaurants, bars and The property is very clean, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. It’s equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay, including a fully functional kitchen. The host, Rita, was fabulous. She guided us with excellent recommendations for food, activities, etc. and was very prompt in addressing all our needs. We highly recommend staying at Pérola Branca while in Laogs.
There were a few small things that could have further improved our stay. - no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom - no hot water early in the morning (the heater was solar powered) - the air conditioner wasn’t very powerful when it got hot outside These were very minor and did not take away from the experience.
CAAULocation is in the heart of the old city surrounded by shops, cafes, restaurants. Close enough to walk to the river and beach. Easy walk to the harbour for boat tours. Secure building and property is on the first floor. This is a newly renovated apartment. Street noise as you would expect however with the windows closed and air conditioning on, this is greatly reduced. The apartment was extremely well equipped; full kitchen, coffee maker, large fridge, super comfortable bed, Smart TV if needed. My host met me to hand over the keys and run through the apartment and inclusions. She was amazing. She also checked in by message to next day to make sure I had everything i needed. Lots of information and suggestions. Easy walk from the bus station, about 10-15 minutes. I would highly recommend this property for 2 people.
