Soul of Lisbon - I

Spent 4 nights in early May. Host provided on time information and it was easy get inn to apartment. Communication was also good. Location is good (yes, hills, stairs - you are in Lisbon), close to everything and not so close to night life. Kitchen almost had everything, so you might cook. We mostly spent our time outside. There are several cafes on the street.

Apartment is much smaller in reality then it is on the pictures. It requires renovation. You are living on the street, so keeping windows open is not an option at night time. Walls are very thin, you can hear neighbors talking at night. Second floor is useless, you cant use it in a day time, but I really doubt that someone would be brave enough to use it at night time climbing in dark. This apartment is max for two people. Bed is ok, pillows are not ok. TV was not working.

Great availability of the host, apartment pretty clean and silent.

I found the bed quite hard and uncomfortable. Unfortunately to reach the apartment from the city center/metro there are long stairs not pleasant when you’re carrying suitcases or you’re tired.

Noisy street. Bedroom not as described. Bathroom very dirty. Definitely not suitable for a group of four.
