Town Apartment

Property was very clean and location was only 15 minutes walk from the city centre. Staff were accommodating with both check in and check out time. Underground parking was perfect and truly god sent. Perfect stay!

Hosts were super friendly and accommodating. The apartment was clean, well looked after and perfect for our long weekend stay in Madeira. The downstairs parking was super convenient.

Apartment is very clean and very well equiped. Beds are comfortable. Location is perfect. Near main street, but still quiet. Parking is convenient.

The apartment is very clean and is an amazing area. You are a short walk down to the main area and there is convience stores close by. The parking is ideal and very easy to get in an out of on a daily bases. The extra amenities in the apartment are also a nice touch.

I had let the accommodation know our arrival time and flight number as the requested it in a message. We were arriving late and had noted that our flight was due in at 11.45p.m. and we would be there around 12.45. We arrived on and the door was locked. We contacted the number that was on the message. She was blaming me say that 11.45p.m. was wrong and thats the morning time. They wanted us to ring the bells of the other apartments at 1.30 in the morning. They said it would be fine as they were other tourists and it was an emergency. They eventually suggested going through the parking garage. There was a police officer nearby and this made me very nervous as I was going into the basement. We eventually got into the apartment at 2 a.m. after waiting for over an hour to get in. After this we weren't contacted after the fact and i didn't appreciate being blamed for not making it more clear it

El WiFi era inestable. La comunicación con el alojamiento sólo fue en un sentido.

The apartment is very well situated in the city center area, in a modern new building, with private parking in the basement, that was a very useful and a big plus. We had everything we needed, it was clean and peaceful and a nice fruit basket awaited us at the arrival. The communication with the host was good, it gave us all the details in time. Thank you for the stay and all the best!

The frying pan needs to be replaced :)

Het is echt een hele fijne locatie. Lopend ben je snel in het centrum en met de auto kan je makkelijk het hele eiland over. Fijn dat er ook gewoon gebruik gemaakt kon worden van de parkeergarage.
