"No water for 2 days. DO NOT STAY HERE."

Do NOT stay here! After our first day at the beach, we came back to the property and the water was shut off completely. We couldn't use the toilet, shower, or even wash our hands. When I contacted the host, she texted us, "I'm sorry I can't help you. The city sometimes shuts off the water." The water was not turned on until the next day. Then we woke up another morning and there was no water AGAIN. The host texted us, "I'm sorry. I can't do anything." We had to wash up in the restroom of a restaurant downtown. How is this legal? Other issues: Like other reviewers said, we rented the 3-bedroom property because we like to have a lot of space. When we arrived, we found that 2 of the 3 bedrooms were locked. We paid for 3 bedrooms, but could only access one. On the booking.com description, there was no indication that this would be the case. The host waited for us at the property, but she did not turn on any of the exterior lights so we couldn't see the house number nor did she look out for us even though she knew we were on our way from the airport. A neighbor saw us walking up and down the street trying to find the house and helped us locate it. Palmeira was easily the worst www.booking.com experience we've had. DO NOT STAY HERE.
