Gostamos dos banheiros nos dois pisos, das camas (bem confortáveis), da localização e da facilidade de estacionamento na rua. O sistema de abertura do portão funciona muito bem. O kit de boas vindas é muito adequado e simpático.

Nossa maior dificuldade foi a escada interior, extremamente difícil e perigosa para um idoso como eu. A solução foi usar a sala (no rés do chão) como dormitório. Aí aparece outra dificuldade com o uso da cozinha. A geladeira pequena, mesmo para três pessoas, e a frigideira e os utensílios de cozinha muito desgastados, desanimaram de se querer cozinhar lá. Como oportunidade de melhoria, sugeriria uma melhor limpeza do cômodo do rés do chão, com algumas teias de aranha no alto das paredes. Sugiro adicionar uma frigideira anti aderente nova, com maior diâmetro.

It was very cold at night and the heating wasn’t easy to manage. Hot water ran out. Would like to have known more about hot water usage before arriving.

Modern and nice maisonette Porto City Hosts is reactive and has extended office opening hours (until midnight) The welcome basket is very handy with coffee, tea, (just missing sugar!), biscuits & a bottle of wine!! Thank you!

I booked for my elderly Dad during Christmas week. WARNING: the staircase to the room is not adapted for elderly people, it's extremely steep! When I arrived, windows were open and the inside temperature was 15°. It took more than 24h to get an adequate temperature inside. For an optimal experience in winter, ask to turn the heating on several hours prior to the check-in time! (so they can also verify that it's working)

Good location. Good access to beach shops, restaurants and bus. Even had a tea pot!! We sometimes get a kettle but this was the first time we had a tea pot. Welcome pack was great especially the milk as we arrived at midnight.

Sehr sauber, komfortabel und vor allem sehr ruhig und friedlich.Direkt vor der Wohnungstür gab einen sauberen und warmen Pool , sogar im Oktober. Der Strand und Geschäfte mit allem, was Sie brauchen, sind ganz in der Nähe. Der Besitzer war sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für all die Annehmlichkeiten. Dies ist ein Ort, an den ich gerne zurückkehren würde.

Het appartement ligt rustig gelegen in de tuin. De slaapkamer is apart en bevind zich op de 1e verdieping. De tuin en het zwembad hoef je alleen te delen met de bewoners van de andere 2 appartementen en de familie die in het voorhuis wonen. De eigenaren/familie zijn binnenhuisarchitecten en hebben de appartementen mooi ontworpen en ingericht. Je kunt fijn in de tuin zitten en de zee is lekker dichtbij. Net als een kleine supermarkt, bakker, groente-en fruitwinkel, slager en viswinkel.

Dat je zelf om nieuwe handdoeken moet vragen via de verhuurmakelaar.
