Vol de toutes nos affaires dans la voiture qui était garée dans une rue pas loin sur une place payante alors que nous prenions possession des clés. A peine une heure d'absence et véhicule verrouillé sans bagage apparent. Nous n'avons dormi qu'une nuit sur les quatre prévues et réglées car en plus impossible de dormir car les fenêtres sont au niveau d'une rue très passante et bruyante . Peut-être faudrait-il prévenir les voyageurs en voiture et leur dire où ils peuvent garer leur voiture dans un lieu sécurisé.

Todo. Buena ubicación, relativamente cerca del centro pero alejado del bullicio. Frente hay un aparcamiento de pago que facilita mucho. Las camas son muy cómodas y amplias y todo estaba muy limpio. La cocina cuanta con todo lo necesario. La comunicación fluida y rápida.

Si tuviera aire acondicionado sería de 10! Tuvimos unos días de calor aunque con los ventiladores podimos pasar las noches sin demasiado problema. También sería interesante una repisa en el baño para poder apoyar el neceser y algunas otras cositas.

Las instalaciones, lun loft muy bien equipado, con muchos detalles, a limpieza y la ubicación.

Apartment is by the river and a short walk from all the central attractions, with a bus and tram stop just outside if needed. We were upgraded to a larger room on arrival (very spacious and clean), and Chris took time to give us lots of local recommendations, including restaurants and cafes. A great stay!

I stayed at Alfândega for three nights and was very pleased with the accommodation. The location is excellent—just a one-minute walk from both the bus and tram stops, right across the street. If you prefer walking, the city center is only a 20 to 30-minute walk away, making it easy to explore on foot. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Although it doesn’t have a washing machine, the host kindly met us upon arrival, provided a map, and gave helpful directions to a nearby grocery store and laundry facility. While it's not a luxury stay, you can expect a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located apartment—perfect for discovering the city at your own pace.

When we first arrived, we were a bit concerned as the exterior of the building looks quite old and worn down. However, once inside, we were relieved to find that the apartment itself is fully renovated and very pleasant. Also, there is no air conditioning. During the warmer days, it did get a bit hot, though the fan provided helped improve the situation.
