Klachten van geluidoverlast

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung im Stadtteil Alfama war beeindruckend. Aus den großen Fenstern sieht man den Tejo. Unweit fährt die Straßenbahn E28. Wir sind gut zu Fuß und die steilen Wege und Treppen waren kein Problem. In die Ferienwohnung 6 gelangt man über eine schmale Treppe und einen gemütlichen Innenhof mit Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Floorboards very creaky from apartment above. Difficult to avoid in an old building but did disturb us in the night

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Warto skorzystać z opcji przywiezienia na miejsce, z lotniska, przez Bruno, ponieważ nie trzeba szukać w uliczkach adresu po raz pierwszy. A później człowiek się uczy szybko komunikacji i docierania do siebie wszystkimi zakątkami. łącznie z tym, że rzut beretem - 50 m i po schodkach - zatrzymuje się słynna linia żółtego tramwaju nr 28. Blisko i miejsce charakterystyczne, ponieważ w zakątku placyku widocznego zewsząd kościoła. Bardzo dużym plusem jest to, że wchodzi się z ulicy najpierw na schody i wewnętrzne patio, z którego wchodzi się do poszczególnych pokoi. Na patio można rano zjeść śniadanie, są stoliki, krzesła z poduszkami. Patrząc w górę widzi się fasadę kościoła, bardzo ładnie to wygląda, także wieczorem, kiedy jest podświetlona. Kuchnia ma cały potrzebny sprzęt. Jest bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, z którym jest kontakt przez watsappa i w razie potrzeby szybko odpowiada na pytania, dowiaduje się, czy wszystko ok, a także dostępna jest Pani Margaritha, na miejscu przed południem.

Nie mamy żadnych zastrzeżeń.

I love the outside quad! Perfect for a nice morning breakfast. There is a stunning view just outside it too! Center of Lisbon is just a tram away.

It is a bit tricky to find, but wasn’t a big issue.

Great location with nice view down to the river from the living room/kitchen area. The taxi from the airport was great as the driver took us right to the door and gave us the keys. I think we'd have struggled to find it otherwise!

Couldn't figure out how to get the instructions for the smart TV in english and didn't see a manual anywhere.

Het bed was zeer comfortabel en het appartement had alles wat we nodig hadden. Er was een zeer uitgebreide keuken waarin we onze eigen maaltijden konden maken. Het was super fijn dat we shampoo, douche gel en watjes kregen, aangezien we dit vergeten waren om mee te nemen ;) Er was een klein raampje met een prachtig uitzicht over Lissabon. De omgeving is heel fijn en rustig. De host was zeer behulpzaam en reageerde snel op mijn vragen.

Je hoort de bovenburen wanneer ze lopen, wij hadden hier echter geen last van omdat wij met oordopjes slapen. Ook is de douche wat klein en was er af een toe een vage riool lucht in de badkamer.
