Location to the centre ,the balcony to people watch,shops and cafes near the apartment,a washing machine available

Many many Stairs to the apartment ,the garbage on the streets daily,no toiletries as stated, minimal cleaning products , no booklet with instructions or guidelines for accomodation for example where to put garbage or how to use washing machine ,host not answering messages ,couldn't use more than 2 electrical items in the kitchen at once as it tripped the fuse box,freezer was iced over and wouldn't close properly I've included only 4 of the worse pictures have many more q Would only allow 4 to be added

This property wasn’t too far from anything.

While staying at this apartment we got robbed I wouldn’t recommend this as a safe place to stay, police didn’t do much to help we lost a lot of valuables. Those host advised us to go to the police but never really followed up on how things were going. I don’t recommend this property to anyone especially tourists.

Great location. Close to Martim Moniz, public transportation etc

The apartment is decent. It's on the smaller side, especially the bathroom. It was a little colder when we were there so we had to turn on the heat and that didn't help much. The bed is close go the windows so there's cold coming in where the bed is positioned and the heater is on the other side of the room. We could hardly feel it. As a result, it was warm under the blanket, but our heads were freezing. The power went out and it was explained to us that too many things running at the same time will lead to overcharge. This makes a lot of sense but I wish we were told before this happened so we know to avoid it. We also had to reset the whole system from downstairs which the host was ready to share pictures of when I asked. So clearly this is an issue that happened before. Why not share before? Overall it's a decent apartment but just because of the small bathroom I would probably prefer to stay somewhere else next time. Pictures look better than reality

Lots of stairs. 68,,,, but my wife thought I needed the exercise.....

Location, bed, views, furniture, views from little balcony. Best rental ever!
