I had a small issue to use the key to open the door of the building. It was quickly resolved by contacting the host. But it would have been great if the building door code could have been provided at the first place.

Loved staying here! Clean, updated, comfy, felt like home. Great neighborhood. Walkable and lovely!!! Porto is magical!

Noisy outside but it can’t be helped. Didn’t bother us too much.

Great location, very close to lots of restaurants and easy to walk to tourist sites. It was useful having a washing machine. The kitchen was well equipped with a toaster as well as a kettle and coffee machine.

Shared entry hall was dirty, not a great first impression. I did not receive the email with instructions on exactly where the property was or how to enter the property so had to ring the owner. The living area was at the back of the property and extremely dark so the lights had to be on at all times. The layout was unusual, a U shape with the communal stairs in the middle. This meant that you could hear other tenants as they walked up and down at all hours. The sofa had dirty marks on it. The shower was tiny, although it was nicely tiled. A lot of the reviews I based my decision to book the property on, were for other properties in a different building so do look carefully at the descriptions of each apartment before booking. As the bedrooms were at the front of the property with the balconies, overlooking the street, it was VERY noisy at night. Earplugs were provided. No bedside cabinets but no room for them. There were a lot of cupboards, in the hallway and the bedrooms taking up a lot of space with little purpose for guests.
