Clean, UBER 25 min to airport and walking 20 min to city center, excellent restaurants around and in same time quiet and safe. Supermarket less than 100 meters. Try the cheese from the butcher store (30 meters).

Washing machine was not working. Fix that.

Very well located, right the heart of Lisbon with shops, public transport and attractions very near by. The flat was very clean and comfortable for a family of 4 with everything you need for your stay. The mid-century style of the flat with the cracking wooden flooring was charming. Overall, we felt at home in this beautiful accommodation.

Having to pay the property tax in cash with the exact amount at arrival was a bit of pain, coming from a place where ATMs are scarce and added unnecessary stress to our journey. The heat might be unbearable in summer months since the flat is right under the roof and opening the windows might not be the best option at night with the noisy bars and restaurants on the street.

Very nice owner Juan. Very clean and pleasant apartment with two bathrooms. Below the apartment wineries and pizzeria. Around the corner pastry shops and other bars. 2 minutes to the stop of tram number 28, a few minutes walk to the metro. Many attractions can be reached on foot.

The guy with meet to get the keys Juan is excellent, very friendly & gave us great information about the area.

Didn't bother us ,but the noise from the local wine bars outside may be a problem for others.

The apartment is beautiful, just as in the pictures. There is everything you might need supplied and it is clean and well maintained. The location is superb - good restaurants, bars, bakeries, supermarket and even a charity shop selling vintage clothes on your doorstep! Tram 28 stop close as is a good vantage point to look over Lisbon. It is easy to get to interesting places on foot from the apartment and travel further afield is also easy to navigate. The neighbourhood is vibrant and has a buzz about it long into the night.

There wasn't anything to dislike.

The apartment was lovely. We were 2 friends. I liked the 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. One upstairs. Lots of toilet rolls, kitchen rolls and food condiments. Lounge lovely. Beds good. Air con good. Area lovely, great street. Safe neighbourhood. Good restaurants, Juan very helpful with recommendations. Would go back.

Nothing important. The upstairs bathroom could have been better but it is getting upgraded imminently. A bedside table in the upper bedroom. Better quality towels.

This was the perfect apartment for our family holiday in Lisbon! The apartment is in a great area of the city and we really liked having so many restaurants and wine bars in close proximity. It was very easy to get around to different parts of the city from here, either by walking, taking the 28 Tram, walking about 10 minutes to the closest Metro station, or getting taxis or Ubers. We loved the location. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious and we had everything we needed, including a washing machine which was great for washing some clothes after a few days. It was well equipped with clean towels, plenty of dishes, a full-size refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The host, Juan, was easy to communicate with and gave us all the information we needed prior to our visit. The person who met us to hand over the keys, Sony, was also very friendly and she even brought us a box of four Pastel de Natas, which we really appreciated! She also gave us a huge list of recommended restaurants, things to do, etc. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to Lisbon.

As some other reviewers have noted, it can be quite noisy at night due to the wine bar directly across from the apartment. This didn't bother me personally, as I can sleep through anything. My husband bought some ear plugs, though, as he had trouble sleeping the first night we were there. The bathroom on the main level of the apartment is quite spacious and we all ended up using that one for showers, as the upstairs bathroom's shower door opened to the inside, which made it impossible to actually get into the shower. These were very minor issues and overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again.

Close to several forms of public transportation and restaurant options. Easy to get to the main sites. Although it was above several restaurants it was quiet and we didn’t really hear any noise.

The loft bedroom was a little awkward because of the slanted ceiling so you needed to bend over so as not to hit your head.
