Casa São Lázaro by Oporto Soul

Location is perfect, around of many bars, restaurants, clubs, malls , supermarket.. literally everything. The park besides full of tulips invite us to seat and watch the colourful flowers

Good location. Little bit small room, but it has everything you need. Everything was near; grocery store, main street, restaurants.

It is right next to the main street,so it is little bit noisy,if you open the window.

The apartment was quite central and close to all the main attraction of Porto.

The place did not have any air conditioning system, only a fan to make up for the hot weather, a bit of a let down. Unfortunately the building was full of cockroaches, we messaged the contact of the apartment but the reply we received was that 'they will speak with the condominium, as they are in charge of cleaning the hall of the building'. It was quite a nightmare going out of the apartment, we had to check every corner for cockroaches..

Perfect location, close to the centre. Good value for money

The apartment is small (sufficient for two people for a few nights). Noise from the street outside. And traffic cops whistling at the neighbouring crossroad every morning.

Excellent upstairs location with a Bread and Breakfast Cafe right next door. A lovely wooded park, numerous dinner restaurants, Pingo Doce and Continente grocery stores. Modern decor. Dishwasher is nice.

The owner needs to be ready to reply via email to questions soon after clients check in. Provide a manual with important details like WiFi and password, instructions for using things, also First Aid items. Add a microwave, dish towels, BOWLS for soup/cereal, small spoons, cooking items like cutting board,, ladle, spatula. A regular broom. The shower needs a small shelf for soap, shampoo.

A good location within 15 mins walk of the centre of Porto where you can buy a 3 day travel pass for all transport for 72 hours from when you first validate the ticket There is a Pingo supermarket near by that stays open to 8pm, local restaurants can be a pain as they do not take cards Porto is a very interesting city which really requires more than a few days

It was very difficult to contact the host I started emailing and phoning 3 days before I arrived asking for the door code -n o reply to email and nobody answered the phone it was only 12 hours before arrival that I received door code- is this good enough something that you may want to think about when you book ? Flat good but no micro wave or bedside lights
