Porto Insight Cedofeita- Parking, Balconies & AC

Such a lovely apartment! Incredibly clean! All the furniture was super comfortable. We really enjoyed relaxing on the top balcony off of the bedroom. Really good location. Great shower and it was nice to have two toilets. Had all the utensils and everything that you needed. The host Ani was amazing, she gave many recommendations and you can tell she really cares about her guests. Will absolutely be back if I’m in Porto again.

Super conseil de Ani pour les différentes activités à faire & lieux à voir. Appartement moderne décoré avec beaucoup de charme. Literie très confortable. Emplacement pour le véhicule dans un parking souterrain avec entrée par télécommande. Laverie au sous sol uniquement pour les résidents. Cuisine bien équipée.

Aspiration salle de bain très bruyante (s'arrête quelques minutes après votre douche !!!). Vis à vis coté rue de la cuisine (détail sauf quand on déjeune peu habillé !!!!). Entrée parking étroite, attention pour les gros véhicules.

It is beautiful, as pictured ver stylish. Bed was very comfortable.

Strangely,you must leave your car at the gate, go into front door and up four floors to get the garage opener to then return to your car and open the gate.

Apartamento ótimo. Bom estado, boa situação, perto do centro (menos de 10 minutos a pé) e de serviços como estação de metro, supermercado, centro, incluindo estacionamento. Já estive duas vezes.

O caminho até ao parque de estacionamento no pátio está irregular. Mas só um pequeno inconveniente que deverá ser reparado em breve.

Дуже затишні апартаменти! Відвідував Порто з ціллю відпустки і мої враження залишились незабутніми. А яке зручне ліжко… Це просто фантастично. Дуже рекомендую!

This is our third time staying at this lovely apartment, which has a generous sized lift and stairs for access. It’s really a home from home, it’s immaculately clean, has everything you need for comfort and practicality and is well located for a great night’s sleep, while being close to everything. The two balconies are fantastic for relaxing on, air con and heating are spot on too. Ani is a great host who is a pleasure to deal with and a great communicator. There are a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars within a short distance, the local tram stop “Lapa” is a five minute walk from the apartment, which can take you to the beach, Norde Shopping Centre and train station easily. We enjoy our walks so generally walk most places including the local park (10 minute walk), however the tram is handy should you prefer it. There is free secure parking also should you need it. Our only reluctance is leaving this lovely apartment and beautiful Porto. “We’ll be back soon”.

It would be a great place to stay if you had a car as the parking was available and access was quite easy

There was no access to balcony due to building works going on. Didn't have a car so it was a bit far out of the main tourist areas

Нам очень понравилось пребывание в квартире у Ани. Квартира расположена в очень удобном месте. Рядом множество кафе и ресторанов, супермаркеты. В пешей доступности исторические достопримечательности. Благодаря ценным советам Ани мы провели незабываемые дни в Порту, посетили чудесные рестораны, прогулочные зоны и увидели много интересных мест. Сами апартаменты очень удобные, чистота и оформление интерьера выше всяких похвал. Спасибо , надеемся увидеться снова!

El apartamento es mejor que en las fotos. Moderno, espacioso y decorado con mucho gusto, tiene todo tipo de detalles. Muy buena limpieza.Dos terrazas con vistas. Dispone de ascensor y plaza de aparcamiento. La anfitriona es muy amable y fue pendiente de nosotros durante toda la estancia, facilitándonos todo tipo de información para una óptima experiencia. La ubicación es muy buena, a 15 min andando al centro y cerca de todo tipo de restaurantes y supermercados.

We stayed two weeks in Porto. Ani is an amazing hostess! She met us at the location in the private free parking lot on site which is a huge bonus - parking is a challenge in Porto. She also gave us excellent instructions on how to find the apartment building. She escorted us upstairs (there is an elevator from the parking area) to give us a tour of the apartment along with recommendations of where to go and what to do while in Porto. Our apartment was on the 4th floor. It is two floors with the living room, kitchen and a half bath on the bottom and upstairs is the bedroom with a large bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Both floors have a balcony. Pingo Doce (grocery store) is a 7 minute walk from the apartment. We cooked several meals in the kitchen which is very well equipped with what you need. The location of the apartment is centrally located to most everywhere to the sights - we walked everywhere. We did do two day trips - Aveiro and Guimaraes - both worth visiting. We did have some rainy days - but because the TV has access to Netflix and Amazon that kept us entertained or we just relaxed, caught up on emails or read. If we had any questions or concerns Ani was very easy to contact. Thank you, Ani, for your warm welcome and hospitality on our visit to Porto.
