Porto Insight Cedofeita- Parking, Balconies & AC

From the outset Ani was superb, arranging a taxi for our arrival at the airport and sharing her local knowledge. The taxi driver was waiting for us and very helpful. The flat is spectacular, indeed the most comfortable we have rented, and had everything we needed, including the washing machine and dryer, English language tv channels and two lovely balconies, a lot of thought has been put into the quality and comfort of the apartment. The location is quiet with many handy shops and restaurants only a street away. A pleasant five minute walk into the Main Street and only a short distance to the historic district. Lapa Metro station is a few minutes walk from the apartment also. The check- in was smooth, and Ani popped in to see if everything was okay, gave great advice about local attractions and day trips which were superb. It was our first time in Porto and won’t be out last, it’s a beautiful place to wander around, eat and shop, it feels very safe and not overcrowded. Everything was perfect and we enjoyed the fantastic Portuguese people and their culture. Many thanks Ani from both of us.

Lovely apartment, beautiful bathroom with amenities, comfortable and stylish furniture, good art. An offering of port and chocolate when we arrived. The owner Ani brought us a bottle of wine (perhaps because it was our anniversary) and checked in often with suggestions of sights. Offstreet parking very protected and efficient. Grocery store one block over.

Kitchen could have been better equipped, some spices available nothing else. Only one plug in the kitchen for appliances. Not really enough Pots and pans, but adequate. Difficult to walk to the waterfront and other sights, good to have car.

Great value for money.
