Recepção muito atenciosa e pontual. Localização muito bom. Tudo muito cuidado. Limpeza em geral, com exceção dos aparelhos de ar condicionado .

Manutenção. Um dos abajours de cabeceira não estava funcionando. Pedimos insistentemente que fossem consertar e ou substituir e não fomos atendidos. Foi um pessoal de apoio, não conseguiu consertar e disse que voltariam logo.. Nunca mais voltaram. Ficamos a semana toda sem o abajour funcionar. Tivemos problemas com os aparelhos de ar condicicionado que não estavam funcionando bem. Fui ver os filtros e estavam imundos.Tive que limpá-los. Fica sugestão para que antes da locação façam uma inspeção geral em todos os detalhes.

"Scam - do not book"

They forced us to give them 200 euros extra to check in and never gave it back to us. They promised to wire it back to our bank account and confirmed that they can transfer it back to a US bank account, but they weren't able to unless it was a Revolut account. We opened a Revolut account and they still never transferred it back to us. Do not book. What a scam.

"Exceptional"

Super beautiful and comfortable renovated apartment. Everything you need and more. The host was very patient and waited for me for three hours as my flight was delayed, gave me a well explained tour of the apartment and gave me some great tips for the city.

The apartment is located right next to the pink street with all the bars and parties, so it gets noisy at night.
