Location and the structure of the house. Very comfortable for a family with a big kitchen and two well equipped rooms. AC which is fundamental for the city specifically during winter.

The house looked clean but the room and toilet was full of ants. Including in the bed , we had to kill dozens of ants and eventually shifted to the sofa because it wasn't comfortable with a baby.
