"Nice place and apartment not so book letting office"

Private and quiet

Collecting the keys from the office key box we paid extra for late check in due to our flight coming in late and was delayed on our flight out also so had to contact the office, they sent us instructions for the security box out side the office and a pin number to use but I did not receive them in Manchester Airport due to no signal , we had trouble finding the office at night also they did not say which box the key was in ( 8 different boxes on the wall)

Could not get in the apartment, instructions in Portuguese. No hot water for six days. Moved apartment no heating, no sea view as booked, noisy main road. Locked out of apartment and had to pay locksmith to get back in. This is not what we expect from booking.com
