The apartment is clean, spacious and the location very convenient.Public transport and a small supermarket nearby. Many amenities provided.

There are some things that need to be fixed like the doors that cannot open or close properly or some mouldy spots in the bathroom. Also, some basic products could be provided like sugar, coffee, a few dishwasher tablets, etc, (at least for the first few days of our stay). An espresso coffee machine would be a useful addition.

Many doors didn’t fully open. Cleanliness of shower, poor seeing mould etc in the corners. As it’s a property sleeps 4 I would expect more comfy seating. An extra arm chair would be perfect considering how much space there was in the living area.

Very spacious flat, good location, modern, safe and secure.

Some items were broken, such as the blind in the master bedroom. A number of the bedroom and bathroom doors wouldn’t close properly. The water pressure in both showers was very poor.

I really like the location of the apartment and the how spacious it was. The secure building is quite nice as well.

The apartment needs a little care. The floor tiles in the main bathroom are broken and loose. The towel warmer in the small bathroom should be replaced since it’s not working properly. The water pressure is horrible and it’s difficult to wash the soap from your hair. It would also be lovely if the TV offered some type of steaming channels for guest since most visitors don’t speak Portuguese. I would stay at this apartment again because it’s nice and it’s close to many things I enjoy in Lisbon. I just think a little care would be nice since the price is a bit expensive. Thank you.

The apartment was perfect for a mother and son visiting. The bedroom doors could use attention, but not a huge deal.

The big hill you have to climb to walk places, but that lisbon, not the apartments fault. The apartment is perfect.

Only the location and the size of the flat were good.

Be sure to read it before you keep the flat! First of all, I realised that the washing machine at home was broken and I informed them. At first they apologised a lot and said that they would replace it and even make a compensation. The next day they told me that the washing machine was not mentioned in the description and therefore I could not complain. This behaviour was absolutely unprofessional. In the meantime, I told them that the water pressure in the house was low and although there were two bathrooms, it was almost impossible to take a bath when we used two showers at the same time, they were not interested. The cleaning was absolutely bad, dirty fingerprints and dust were flying everywhere. Finally, we could not operate the hob and when I contacted them, I realised that there was only one pan compatible with the hob and the others did not work because they were not compatible. There were many other deficiencies in the house, the doors were swollen and did not open fully, two of the blinds did not work, we fixed one and the other did not work ... In short, unfortunately, without checking the house, they only have a insufficent cleaning and offer it to other guests without checking what is missing. When I told the deficiencies, I got a funny answer that previous guests did not make a complaint before me! The worst part of the job is that I wrote these complaints to booking customer service while I was there, but they were not interested at all! Unfortunately, I was never satisfied with both booking and the flat.
