"Most unique rental ever."

A very spacious and hip apartment. Check in was the most thorough we’ve ever had. Ruben noticed an issue with the TV and within an hour he was back to install a new one. Less than 5 min walk to both beaches and many restaurants. Bed was super comfy and kitchen well equipped. Included underground parking was a bonus.

We came with friends for a few days to relax in a beautiful place. We couldn’t have chosen better accommodation. A beautiful, original design, cleanliness, full equipment, and most importantly, a perfect location—close to restaurants, shops, bars, the beach, and the airport. We really enjoyed our stay here. We will definitely recommend The Modern & Recycled House. Thank you very much!

"What a comfortable place!"

We loved the location and the comfort of the flat. Towels are really good quality, toiletries as well, kitchen is super well equipped, the mattress is soooo comfortable and spacious!! The flat is 2 min walking from the beach near restaurants and supermarkets. Ruben is a really nice host and very responsive.

Nothing really, but if I have to mention one thing, maybe it’s the opening and closing of the building door that it’s a bit noisy. It would be easier if it was just a normal building door.

"Very relaxing stay in a beautiful big apartment."

The apartment is very light and big. We loved the different areas that were created (watch tv, read a book, play pool, ...) Everything we needed was there, the place is well equiped. I loved watching the people walk by on the square below us. Ruben was a great host, it was very easy to get in touch with him.

Amazing space in lovely small beach town. Sound system to connect to your phone, views to beach from windows and mini terrace. Cooler for your wine. Large enough for 3 couples or 3-5 friends sleeping on 3-4 double Beds/sofas

Amazing place; kitted out with everything you could possibly need and located right in the centre of town (and only 10 minutes from the airport). Host was really nice and helpful; only wish our stay could have been longer!
