Sant´Ana Apartment

Grateful to have had the opportunity to experience living for a few days in an old building, a beautiful apartment, so tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed & enjoyed our stay very much!

Apartment are literally like from the some nice movie from Lisbon. Experience to remember for the end of a life. I was here with my wife for 5 days. Everything that you need is there..

Equipment, proximity to centre, shops around, very helpful staff, spacious, very nice living room, kitchen and bedroom, very nice decors

noise during Friday& Saturday night outside and from neighbors, very steep and narrow stairs to enter apartment (it is located in 1st floor), to arrive requires 5 mins by walk into steep hill, floor has holes in the wood and cracks, doors old and noisy

This apt is beautifully decorated, with lots of accents throughout that make the space feel luxurious and cozy. The kitchen was stocked with salt & pepper and vinegars which was great to have on hand for cooking. Also, a drip coffee maker with filters. Location was good, but note slightly different than expected. The street and apt we’re quiet. Great restaurants near by, really enjoyed our dinner at Dona Maria which is literally steps away.

The map location and actual location differ. It’s only about 10 minutes away and the location was fine, but not what was expected and felt a little misleading because I haven’t experienced this type of discrepancy with other bookings on this site (where map is so far off). While the decor is beautiful throughout, the apt is unfortunately lacking some practical upgrades - such as the floors. The floorboards are quite old which is a beautiful detail except this floor had large chunks missing in some spots where our socks would get caught, we were concerned with stubbing or even splintering so tried to avoid the worst break which is a several inches gap by the kitchen. Probably would be good to replace the board of fill in the break with resin or something to avoid an injury. This is an old Lisbon apt so certainly a bit cold on a winter visit. Space heaters are provided but we found it hard to lose the chill. The internet isn’t that strong. We were two working remotely and with the size of the apt we’re looking forward to working in different rooms but internet was fairly weak in the bedroom area. Internet in main room worked well. Shower was broken first morning which was disappointing start of the day. The host response time was speedy though. They sent a maintenance worker over fairly quickly to sort us out which was very appreciated. There are many decorative mirrors throughout, but could use a full length.
