The location was good, located in the center of old town. The owner let us leave our luggage before check in.

The apartment had a weird vibe and it seems it’s all about profit and not making your guests feel comfortable and welcome. It was not cleaned properly, all of the water glasses were dirty (we had to clean it again in order to use it.) The kitchen lack the equipment. There was a coffeemaker but not a single coffee cup. We stayed there for 8 nights and didn’t get new towels for all of that time (got only two towels in the beginning). There was a mattress in the middle of the living room. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, left our back in pain. It’s good for staying one or two nights but wouldn’t recommend it for longer stay.

Location was very central though no parking for car

Stairs to the apartment very narrow. No lift! We were on 4th floor so hard work going up with suitcases. We had the 2 storey apartment. Top floor stairs were too narrow and steep. Once on top, the room was an artic. Think this should have been highlighted so that guests are aware before booking Wifi was v poor, virtually non existent in bedroom. Air conditioning was very welcome though.

Great location in the center. The apartment was clean and nice.

The hosts tried to move me from the apartment to another even though I had already paid for my stay. As well as entering the apartment during my stay without warning and not to clean it, given that the check-in is by code.

Excellent location. Cozy place. Nice view from the balcony.

Location Quite spacious

Arrival with car and was problematic since the GPS sent us to another place on the hill which was not practical with the suitcases. Would appreciate better instructions. The question about parking hasn't been answered at all. We were told to check in until 9 even though the information on booking says 10. The blanket had no cover so the hygiene is questionable.

There was no breakfast provided but there was a market nearby to pick up provisions. The owner was extremely kind, drove me to the Machado museum in the University area one morning and to the Coimbra B train station as I prepared to leave. Great location in the heart of Coimbra shopping area.

Hard to climb up four flights of stairs to reach apartment, and one more flight of stairs to the bedroom.
