Lxfactory Terrace Lisbon Loft

The location

It smelled humid and rotten. There were bugs everywhere. I woke up with bite marks on my body from the bed. Everything was falling apart. The sink tab and the kitchen tab.

The apartment manager, the lady from the cafe next door, is the sweetest lady ever. She helped us with whatever we needed and she was very friendly.

The only minor thing was the sound of the bathroom door, which was very annoying and noisy.

The location was unbeatable, situated right in front of the LX Factory, surrounded by pubs, restaurants, and unique design stores. It was so convenient to have this vibrant area just steps away. It was also strategic for visiting Lisbon’s main attractions.

We were initially drawn to this loft for its modern design, but we found it quite uncomfortable overall. The bathroom was a particular letdown, since it was extremely small, painted all black, and had no windows, which made it feel claustrophobic. It also had an unpleasant smell that took away from the experience. The space in general didn’t live up to the photos, and unfortunately, we cannot recommend it.

The location was pretty good.

Not a loft as indicated, The sun heated the living room/kitchen area all day. No curtains. It is not a superior one bedroom apartment.
