CAThe apartment is conveniently located within walking distance to grocery stores and the beach. It had all the conveniences we needed for our stay. The building is quiet, clean, and we felt safe. Thank you Carolina!

CAConvenient location to grocery stores, bus routes and beach. Apartment was clean, bed comfortable and had everything we needed.
GBCarolina is very willing to help when I asked for stainless steel pots, she and her dad are extremely efficient to replace microwave oven when it broke down. The whole apartment is very clean and close to big supermarket easy walk down to the town centre, very safe and relaxing. I left my mobile phone in the flat on the way to the airport, luckily with the help of taxi driver, I was able to contact Caroline and she collected my phone and will post it to me, she is a very good host, will definitely go for future stay. The towels are soft and fresh, very powerful oven, no blackout even when the oven is on, we had bad experience in other place in portimao, the power constantly cut off when you have oven and kettle onthe same time
ESThe good thing of the location is that you have available parking spots around the building T1 Famingo. You can park easily any time of the day around the building. But these are not private, they are public on the street. So your car is not protected from rain, dust, external damages, etc...Other thing we loved is the kitchen. Is fully equip and has everyting you need: coffee machine (Nespreso capsules), Kettle, bread toaster, etc...
The location is not the best even though that is is close to the beach "Praia Rocha" (2.9 Km) and the city center (1km). If you are the one looking for relax and want to have everything at we say in Spain "around the corner" this is not your place. Because even though that is close to these locations... there are lots of streets to pass by and the sidewalks are narrow and you have to stay constantly crossing streets to go to the supermarket (Continente) or even to the beach. It's unconfortable to go these places if you want to carry bags from your shopping on supermarket. But if you don't mind to take the car It's okay but go on low season because on high season this will be difficult.
