Eco Apartment @ Torre Verde (Green Tower)

The apartment is extremely spacious! Lovely place. Great working piano. Cosy home.

Check out says until 12noon, I was informed to leave at 11am. Not a major issue. The balcony was closed off. This is the main reason why I booked the apartment.

Casa bastante arrumada e limpa, vista excepcional para o rio tejo no 9o andar! Bastante divertido o facto de terem um piano! A repetir

As portas da varanda poderiam estar abertas, a senhoria disse-me que iria tentar trazer a chave para a abrir porém não me contactou de volta para esse efeito

El apartamento es amplio, y está ubicado en la zona que queríamos

El apartamento necesita algo de mantenimiento (tapa WC suelta, la ducha se embozaba, almohadas bastante incómodas). No tiene persianas, que en nuestro caso con niños que se despiertan con el primer rayo de luz, fue un poco incómodo. Sí tiene cortinas opacas pero entraba la luz igual. Si hay ola de calor como fue nuestro caso, al no tener aire acondicionado ni ventiladores, dormimos con mucho calor. Por esto me parece que la relación calidad-precio no es óptima.

Housekeeping was excellent

Quiet location, spacious apt, nice views, comfy beds.

Needs a face lift, lots of cosmetic marks on all walls. A little run down. One shower did not work and the other did not drain. Both can be fixed, but was not pleasant for 3 adults.

location is great, we were in Lisbon for work with our car, so that location is the best, there is space, parking, its quiet. a quick cheap train from station into S Apalonia station in the gear of the city. a fabulous high shopping mall with in walking distance, a great promenade, beautiful quiet walking mornings. its great. full kitchen and fridge, washing machine, bonus
